Subscribe to our Newsletter "Self-Mastery | Team Mastery"

We support leaders to create teams, we support teams to perform, without wasting time and energy. Self Mastery and Team Mastery mean results in interdependence and the success of the relationship between the individual and the team.

The processes through which we achieve these transformations are individual and collective interventions through Systemic Coaching, Team Coaching, and Process Communication Model Training.

Other tools we use are the Demartini Method and Values, LAB Profile, NLP at the Master level, specific instruments from Maxwell Leadership Programs.

What teams and leaders learn during interventions:

  • To know each other's values and to speak each other's language so that there is authentic and efficient communication,, without artificial contradictions or misunderstandings due to differences in perception and personal values.
  • Operating principles for having efficient meetings and sessions in boards or in any business context, in order to solve agenda problems without wasting time.
  • Managers and leaders discover their decision-making pattern and how it can be optimized to save time and gain clarity.
  • How to delegate efficiently, effectively, and completely.
  • Leaders learn how to avoid burnout and intensive stress that can occur in important projects carried out in the short term, without losing sight of the desired results.
  • Team members learn operating principles to quickly distribute roles among members when entering meetings, sessions, or carrying out projects, so that the manager no longer wastes time by personally getting involved in the process.
  • Teams learn to efficiently contract and consider the Company Mission as one of the fundamental elements to take into account in any contracting context, so they never have to wonder about the direction to follow.
  • Teams learn to offer and process relevant information efficiently, considering the results they need to achieve, without getting lost in details and explanations that consume time and energy.
  • The team learns to self-regulate by establishing their own ways of self-checking and their own measures for quantifying goal achievement, relieving the leader from personally imposing a way of measuring progress and results.
  • The team learns to provide authentic support, offer valuable assistance, and address fears in a constructive and tangible way, without feeling threatened or exposed.
  • The team learns to allocate actions, execution deadlines with specific outcomes to the most suitable individuals, so that there are no subsequent dissatisfactions or unfulfilled tasks.
  • Teams and leaders become autonomous, set objectives, establish how they measure and track results.
